He is survived by: his significant other Eileen Jeanette Polk; his sons, Jerry Poland (Tammy) of Longview, TX, Paul "Butch" Poland (Ann) of Cicero, IN and Donald Poland (Sandy Fulton) of Mooresville, IN; his sister Mary Martha Stanton (Tom) of Claremont, CA; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Katy, Matt, Karry, Donna and Jesse. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
