He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Malone and Nora Malone (Plummer); and his siblings, Virginia, John, Bonnie, Dick, Ralph and Marjorie.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Malone (Rowe); his daughter Diana Loft; his sister Ethel Cox; his granddaughter Jennifer Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Sophia, Caroline and Jaxon.
