She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wren and Anna Lillian Poole King; her husband Tom Thurman; and her siblings, Anna Elizabeth Chamblin, Marjorie Jean Reeves and Albert Poole King.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Crowdy (Philip), Diana White (Steve) and Dave Thurman (Susan); her great grandchild Justin (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Andrew (Maritza), Crowdy, Allison (Jason), Morrissey, Richard (Crista), Chelsea (Anthony), Jones, Drew (Breanna), Thurman and Courtney Thurman.
