She was predeceased by: her parent Otha Davis; her husband Walter E. Collins; and her brother Donnie Davis. She is survived by: her children, David Ayers (John Banks) of Mooresville, Doug Ayers (Tina) of Mooresville, Linda Rogers of New Castle, Joi Barr (Gary) of Texas, Dana Johnson (James Weik) of Texas and Toni Bearden (Rich Miles) of Florida. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
