He is survived by: his children, Shelley Bradshaw, Lacey Chastain, Travis (Kelly) and Jeremy (Reanna); and his siblings, Nancy, Geraldine and Charles Junior. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
