He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Burns Wayne and Joyce Ann Johnson (Johnson); and his grandchild Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jo Wayne (McIntyre); his children, Michael Wayne (Heather), Zach Wayne, Paige Wayne (Cory) and Garrett Wayne; his stepchildren, Amanda Bichoff (Doug), Michelle Day and Michael Day; his siblings, Nancy Hoffman (Kent), Kathy Forte (Mike), Deboka Hilton, Jeff Wayne (Maxine), Sharon Kraeszig, Donna Dearing Bruce (Denny) and Mark Vanhorn (Julie); and his stepmother Georgie Wayne. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
