He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hacker and Doris Hacker (Tumey); and his sisters, Colletta Parmerlee, Phyllis Kay Bowers and Reva Greeson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Hacker (Bussiere); his children, Kevin Hacker (Michael Thomas), Shane Hacker (Brittanie) and Kim Chew (Jeff); his grandchildren, Shelby Chew, Lauren Taylor (Brandon), Addison Hacker, Annabelle Hacker and Alyse Hacker; and his great grandchild Eleanor Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Indiana.
