She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Swinney and Myrtle Swinney (Smith); her siblings, Harold, Donald, Charles, Raymond, Thomas, Marvin Swinney, Estel Jones and Dorthy Clarkston; and her son Rick.
She is survived by: her husband Bert Tracy; her daughter Rhonda Hawkins (Ronald); her grandchildren, Christa Little (Michael) and John Rosenbaum III; and her stepgrandchildren, Crystal Hawkins-Day (Albert) and Ronald Scott Hawkins (Mallory). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
