She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Park (Ward) and Lester Hardin Park; her husband C. Wayne Grass; her brother Kenneth Orville Park; and her great grandchild Angeline Deel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dee Ann Deel of Mooresville, Brenda Acker (Eric) of Mooresville and Kristy Mattingly (John) of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Jason Cosat, Nicole Deel Findley, Brandon Deel, Brian Acker, Emily Firmenich, Samuel Mattingly and Tessa Mattingly. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are encouraged to be made in Maxine's memory to Mt. Gilead Church, Mooresville.
