She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Leon Hornady; her children, David Burdine, Roger Hornaday and Debbie Skaggs; and her brothers, Jim, Marvin, Charles Dale and Ronald Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Hornaday of Indianapolis, Steve Burdine of Florida, Elizabeth Robinson of Mooresville and Joann Miller of Florida; and her siblings, Danny Montgomery, Mike Montgomery, June Deen of Mooresville, Judy Ford of Kentucky and Janet Goss of Russellville, IN. She is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
