She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Park and Blanche Park (Leisure); her husband Max G. Haymaker; her son Gary; her sister Mary Edwards; and her grandson Eric Haymaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jayne Ann Harris of Mooresville and Debbie L. Fishel of Whitestown. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
