He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Angle (Lewis) of Mooresville, Indiana; his children, Teresa of Phoenix and Michael Angle (Karen) of Mooresville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Tommy Lombardo (Meggan), Michael Blink (Lindsay), Heather Angle, Daniel Lombardo, Michael Angle Jr., Matthew Lombardo, Joseph Angle (Trisha) and Elizabeth Angle; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Davis, Maleah Angle, Hailee Lombardo, Peyton Lombardo, Brayden Odom, Bryanna Odom, Jack Cain, Nora Blink and Keira Blink.
