She was predeceased by: her husband Dale R. Fields; her children, Roberta L. Fields and James D. Fields; her great grandchildren, Megan Gill and Elijah Ditchley; her parents, Alfred Thompson and Marie Thompson; and her siblings, Carolyn Jewell, Beverly Hoeft and Donald Thompson.
She is survived by: her friend Bunco; her daughters, Evelyn Harrell (Bill) and Ginger Bradley (Steve); her grandchildren, April Gill (Jason), Rachael Ditchley, Kathy Beikes, Nick Robertson (Whitney), Thomas Hoover (Melissa), Donald Hoover and Kevin Fields (Mary); and her brothers, William Thompson (Marjorie), Jack Thompson (Jacqueline) and Ronald Thompson (Susan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Dementia Society of America or a charity of your choice.
