It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Jean (Jones) Thomas of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Darnell Earl Jones and Louise (Beckett); and her siblings, Jim Jones, Arletta Brady, Sharon Bryant and Norma June Mascoe (Bob).
She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Thomas; her brother David Jones of Indianapolis; her brother-in-law Otis Bryant of Martinsville; her nieces, Linda Burke of Muncie and Kathy Wirey (Bryant) of Martinsville; her great-nephew Christopher Wirey (Stephanie) of Martinsville; and also, Kristen and Dallas Wirey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Light Memorial, 585 East Main St., Monrovia, IN 46157 to help to family offset final expenses and envelopes will be available during services.
