Lila J. Davis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lila J. Davis of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lila J. Davis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Watts and Mahala Watts (Haddix); her grandson Shawn Napier; and her siblings, Nasby Watts, Lisa Ann Combs, Garney and Hargis Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Bunning of Walhalla, James C. Napier (Katherine) of Lancaster and Joe E. Napier of Mooresville, Indiana; and her siblings, Georgia Smith of Campton, Loretta Mann of New Albany, Indiana, Leroy Watts of Lafayette, Danny Ray Watts (Mary) of Lexington, Indiana and Herman Watts (Rhonda) of Lexington, Indiana. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 25 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
