He was predeceased by: his father Paul Jay Shrake; and his wife Mary Shrake (Cure). He is survived by: his daughters, Cyndi Beleele and Debi Shrake; and his grandchildren, Lisa Fredrick, Jason Crouch, Mike Walden, Andrea Walden, Jennifer Walden, C. J. Vidal and Caleigh Vidal. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
