She is survived by: her sons, Darin McCullough (Ashley) of Florida and Dan McCullough (Amber) of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Kenzley McCullough and Hadley McCullough; and her siblings, Lori Black of California, Susie Akin of Terre Haute and Bret Thompson of Terre Haute.
