He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Collins and Patsy Mae Collins (Ramsey); and his brothers, Gary Collins and Bobby Collins. He is survived by: his son Larry R. "Tad" Collins Jr. of Camby; his sister Joyce Pinkiston of Camby; and his nieces and nephews, Eugene Bishop of Plainfield, David Pinkiston of Monrovia, Gary Wayne Collins of Martinsville, Charlotte Weaver and Denise Clark.
