She was predeceased by: her parents, John Whitesell and Mary Whitesell (Esherich); her former husband Steven L. Scott; her husband John D. Knight; and her stepgranddaughter Carley Elise Stinson.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Northern (Drew) of Martinsville and John Scott (Livia) of Plainfield; her stepdaughters, Kris Stinson (Jon) and Noelle Lee (Jason); her grandchildren, Hannah, Hayden, Madison (Keegan Northern) and Ian (Ella Scott); her stepgrandchildren, Hadley Eickhoff (Alex) and Hudson Lee; her stepgreat-grandchild Rae Eickhoff; and her sister Mary Jo Whitesell.
