Hoffman of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Larry Hoffman. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Hoffman; her brother Paul Hoffman (Nancy); her fiancé Rob Westbrook; and her nieces, Marie Hoffman and Emma Hoffman.
