He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Halcomb and Ethel Halcomb (Deckard). He is survived by: his wife Donna Halcomb (Arens); his children, LaDonna McCann (Harvey), Kenny Halcomb, Jr., Marquette Comer, Annette Smithey (Mike) and Amber Gilcrest (Scott); and his stepchildren, Cindy Tucker, Brian Dewbrew (Heather) and Tonya Sheets. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
