Baxter (Fultz) of Indianapolis; his children, Andrea Reid of New Albany, Robert Moore of Roy and Erik Reid of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Anavrin, Zakariah, Lillian, Lainey, Jayne, Bianka, Peyton, Elijah and Alexander; and his siblings, Teresa Heiliger, Ed Baxter, David Baxter and Kevin Baxter.
