She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen and Leda Mae Shrout (Hall); her husband Irvine David West, Sr.; her daughter Vicki Lynn Vallejo; her siblings, Bobby Shrout, Edward Shrout, Cecil Shrout and Ruth Ann Frahn; and her granddaughter Ronli Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra K. Allen (Robert) of Mooresville, Irvine D. West, Jr. (Teresa) of Arizona and Kimberly F. Sink (Rusty) of Paragon; her siblings, Gilbert Shrout (Sue) of Kentucky and Dora Payne of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Roger Williams, Brian Williams, Nathan Williams, Chad Williams, Kegan West, Amber Baire, Dusta Langley, Ricky Hammer, Alana Stout, Bradley Kirk, Robbin Petro and LeeDa Allen. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
