He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rickard and Laura Rickard (Maynard); and his wife Corene. He is survived by: his children, Jolyn Prater (Bret) and Jay Rickard (Kevin Dicks); his granddaughter Rowan Rickard-Dicks; and his brother Charles Rickard.
