It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Neal of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Neal to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his children, Timothy Joe Neal and Crystal Michelle Hunt. He is survived by: his son Jackson "Jack" David Neal of Martinsville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother; and one sister.

“Jack, Roger & Patty- Davey's dad (Joe) and my dad (Garland/"Short") were brothers. I hadn't seen Davey in many years but will always remember him kindly as he was a sweet first cousin to me. One of my good memories of him was when he taught me how to make potato chips... and we ate alot of chips that day! My heart goes out to the three of you as well as to Davey's extended family.
