She is survived by: her children, Michele Gill (Randy) of Indianapolis and Monty Ray Thurman (Dianne) of Shelbyville; her siblings, Vernon Ray "Cook" Grizzel of Rushville and Hazel June Overton of Greenwood; and her grandchildren, Arika Hart (Michael), Joshua DeWayne Thurman (Lauren), Emily, Alex Springer, Taylor, Jordan Carter, Makensy Hart and Natalie Kassoumis. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Warren Masonic Lodge F&AM #15.
