He is survived by: his wife Mary Fulkerson (Steiner); his children, Martin Fulkerson (Monica), Kathy Lowe, Julie Fulkerson (Jeff Dillon), David Fulkerson (Michelle) and Paul Fulkerson-Bird (Loretta); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lowe and Benjamin Fulkerson-Bird.
