He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Ellsworth Miller; his siblings, Tom Miller, Gene Miller, Joe Miller, Judy Schrader and Dorothy Hunt; his son Jack E. Miller, Jr.; and his granddaughter Jennifer Baire.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Miller; his children, Nolan and Carol; and his children-in-law, Tammy Miller of Martinsville, Joe Baire of Indianapolis and Gloria Miller. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
