He was predeceased by: his parents, William Silas Miller and Bertha Vivian Miller (Thomas); and his siblings, Alvis Miller, Luchion Miller, Elbie Miller, Olen Miller, Roscoe Miller and Mary Pearl Miller Goodman.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Miller; his children, Ann Julich (Peter) and Jim Miller (Kay); his son-in-law Michael Phelps; and his daughter Loretta Miller Phelps. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, five nieces and five nephews.
