We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2021, at the age of 94, Hazel Clark of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Aurora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Andrew and Dovie Katherine Bourelle (Mullins); her husband Robert Harley Clark; her children, Diana Lynn Clark and Robert Clark Jr.; and her sisters, Margaret Darbey, Irene Peckman, Ruth Kirtzie and Barbara Kirk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherrie Wilson (Neil) of Omro and Patricia Stanton (Dale) of Mooresville. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
