He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Palmer and Ruby Palmer; and his sister Barb Poole. He is survived by: his wife Alice Palmer; his children, Connie Hickey (Jeff), Sonny Palmer (Connie), Brenda Hawkins (Timothy), Ralph Palmer, James Palmer (Lisa) and Scott Palmer (Shannon); and his sisters, Maxine Palmer, Betty Crawford and Alice Thompson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren.
