He was predeceased by: his father Adrian Thomas; and his brother Jimmy Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Kelly Thomas (Amy), Tracy Johnson (Mike), Mark Thomas (Julie), Lora Shumate (David), Melissa Langston and Brian Stultz; and his sister Wanda Jane Ginn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
