She was predeceased by: her parents, James Scaggs and Wilma Scaggs (Hawkins); her husband Arthur "Art" Scharbrough; and her siblings, Barbara Quinlan, Lloyd and Paul Scaggs.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Scharbrough (Jennifer), Dennis Lee Scharbrough and Lisa Ann Maxwell (Steve); her grandchildren, Emily, Abigail, Amy, Heather, Peter and Sean; and her brothers, Donald, James and William Scaggs. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
