It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl C. McKinney of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McKinney and Hattie McKinney (Bell); his sister Wanda McKinney; and his son Michael Ray McKinney (Patricia McKinney). He is survived by: his children, Leslie Mitchell (Rick) of Martinsville, Jeff Frazier (Valerie) of Cope, Chris Frazier (Denise) of Indianapolis and Larry McKinney (Stefanie) of Clayton; his siblings, Richard McKinney (Marie), Donnie McKinney (Marion) and Donna Neal; and his sister-in-law Linda Batcher (Joe). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
