He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edward and Irma Alvadene Jelley (McDowell). He is survived by: his wife Sybil "Sue" Jelley of Mooresville; his son Scott Jelley (Deana) of Monrovia; his grandchildren, Taylor Jelley (Pavel) of Manassas, VA and Connor Jelley (Jacelyn) of Avon; and his siblings, Linda Hendrix of Barnhill, IL and Willard Jelley (Janet).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel (585 E Main St, Monrovia, IN 46157). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
