She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Thomas; her brother Justin Thomas; and her former husband Michael Winburn. She is survived by: her children, Christina Hess (Sammy), Matthew Winburn, Barbara Jean Smith, Tisha Rea, Kesha Winburn and Dominic Winburn; her stepson Justin Winburn; her grandchildren, Natalii of David Wickersham, Aubriana of David Wickersham, Avalynn of David Wickersham, Anna of David Wickersham, Aleyana of David Wickersham, Dillion of David Wickersham, Grayson of David Wickersham and Fiance of David Wickersham; her mother Valera Ruth Thomas; and her sisters, Donna Coffey and Patricia Helmuth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
