It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Lynn Kinser of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Gibson (Bunnell) and Charles Kinser. She is survived by: her fiancé James Soots; her sons, Michael Moran and Charlie Moran; her siblings, Dawn Bain, Lisa Kinser and Ray Waterman; and her grandchildren, Jake, Nate, Kaleb, Caitlin and Kaylee.
