He is survived by: his wife Brenda Holloway (Cooper); his children, Mike Holloway (Teddye) and Cari Hostetter (Jeff); his sisters, Nancy Harris and Janet Starr; and his grandchildren, Ezra, Evan, Jennifer and Shelby.
