She is survived by: her parent Ida Barnes (Clem); her spouse Pastor Earl Starns; her children, Michael Starns (Teri) of Spencer, Illa Schrougham (Gary) of Mooresville and Vanessa True (Mike) of Mooresville; her brother Ivan Barnes; and her stepchildren, Norman Carlile, Jr. (Vicki), Donna Dellacca, Sherry Gray and Loretta Cunningham. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
