He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Beatrice; his brother Dr. James P. Foley; his sister-in-law Diane Foley; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Kincaid; and his son-in-law Robert Vanelli.
He is survived by: his wife Tina (Raemaekers); his stepchildren, Ineke Kreeger (Peter) of Comus, Charles Davis (Mary Ann) of Indianapolis, Rose Vanelli of Clayton and Laura Hanson (Russ) of Colfax, Wisconsin; his son-in-law Richard Kincaid of Martinsville; his brothers, John D. Foley of Brookfield and Ralph M. Foley (Ann Foley) of Martinsville; and his sister-in-law Cindy Clayton Foley of Sunset Beach. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
