He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy A. Scott (King). He is survived by: his father Raymond "Tom" Scott; his children, Melissa McGuff, Becky Scott, Roy Scott and Jerry Perry; his wife Lisa Scott; and his brothers, Bradley E. Scott, Brent E. Scott and Brock E. Scott. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren, along with many extended family and friends.
