He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Chambers and Pauline Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chambers; his siblings, Margaret Malone (Phil) and Donald James Chambers; his nieces and nephews, Mary Margaret Chambers (DeAnna Lepper), Donald Chambers, Teresa Webb (Ronald) and Timothy Jackson (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Connor Chambers, Samuel Chambers and Kelsey Chambers.
