He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Proctor (Zahnd); his children, Margaret C. Proctor and William C. Proctor of Mooresville; and his sisters, Patricia M. Proctor of Polk City, FL and Dorothy Sprague of Columbus, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
