He was predeceased by: his mother Darlena K. Pugh; his wife Catherine Pugh; and his daughter Chrysti Leann Pugh Cook. He is survived by: his father Donald Pugh (Wilma); his siblings, Candy Harrison (Rick) and Emmitt R. Pugh (Angela); his grandchildren, Olivia Cook, Marijane Cook and Jaycob Cook; his niece Rikki Phillips; his nephew Branson Pugh; and his stepsiblings, Jennifer, Lori and Dennis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Artie's memory to his family to assist in final expenses in care of Donald Pugh.
