He is survived by: his wife Deborah Dowell; his brother Bill Dowell (Lynn); his children, Jeremiah Dowell (Krista, Lee Burton), Kent Burton (Alisa), Dawn Hite (Brian McHugh) and Dan Bianchi (Lindsey); and his brother-in-law Harold Starnes (Diane). He is also survived by children, 9 great grand children, numerous nieces and nephews.
