He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Gammon. He is survived by: his wife Jerri Crosby (Hite) of Plainfield; his daughters, Carrie McCormack (Todd) and Cathy Nelson (Teyna Coy); and his siblings, John Crosby (Judy) and Jo Newby (Ed). He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
