He is survived by: his children, David Booth (Renee Barrows) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Denise Henson of Greendale, IN and Debra Booth of Greendale, IN. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
