She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Mosier and Wynonia Mosier (Holmes); and her siblings, Gary Mosier, Kenneth Mosier and Barbara Carol Mosier.
She is survived by: her children, Kassidy Mattox of Moores Hill, IN and Zachary Mattox of Moores Hill, IN.; and her granddaughter Addyson Mattox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
