She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Casson and Sadie Casson (Shedd); her husband Richard Starkey; and her brother Calvin Casson. She is survived by: her children, Robert Starkey (Melinda) of Milan and Kathy Williams (Mike) of Lawrenceburg; and her sister Sarah Fugate (Jay) of Milan. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
