She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sullivan and Susie Sullivan (Chance); and her siblings, Thomas Sullivan, Mayme Craig, Charles Sullivan, Wilma Edwards, Elmer Sullivan, Mary Folke and Robert Sullivan.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Batch" Batchelor; her children, Charles Batchelor of Moores Hill, Katheryn Starkey (Tony) of Holton and Rebecca Smith (Danny) of Moores Hill; her grandchildren, Brittany Herbert (Vern), Colin Dunn, Wyatt Starkey (Isabel), Nathan Batchelor (Amber), Sabrina Smith and Erica Starkey; her great grandchild Dakoda Mockbee; her sister Susan Davis (Ron); and her sister-in-law Donna Sullivan.

Memorials may be given in honor of Norma to the family.
